The very next day they came out and replaced my old unit. They worked super hard, it was hot and miserable but they kept at it until it was done. I was impressed and very happy with their service.

It is now cold and I had a problem with my heater. I called Rice Heating And Air this afternoon and with in 3 hours they sent Matt out and had it fixed. Thank you so much. 10 out of 10.

9 months later the heater had a switch problem. I called and they sent Mike out that day. He replaced all 3 switches quickly . This company has been fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend them.read more
