Probably the best in the Fort Smith area. I have used many AC contractors in this area, Rice is always competent and… fair. I have had Rice out to service my units several times , always fair and reasonable. Today I had a 20 seer heat pump installed . I can rave enough about the quality of workmanship . They had to completely rebuild the area my old indoor unit was in . Excellent carpentry work !! I watched all the extra steps taken that many companies would take short cuts on . I got a very good price on my unit installed . Micah the owner is a man of his word , and you can tell takes pride in the quality of service offered . I can’t recommend Rice enough . If you are looking to get a new unit and you want it done correctly at a good price , I highly recommend you start with Rice .read more
